Shipping & Delivery
Made to Order, Made for You
Every Disport garment is knit to order in Brooklyn, New York. Rather than producing collections in advance, we make each piece when it's chosen. This allows us to produce thoughtfully, with less waste and no unnecessary inventory.
Production & Lead Times
Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for your garment to be knit before shipping. This is the time it takes to make your piece, not the time it spends in transit.
Once your order is ready, we'll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow it on its way.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Orders with Multiple Items
If your order includes more than one garment, we'll generally ship everything together once all pieces are ready. If you need something sooner, please contact us and we'll see what we can arrange.
Changes & Cancellations
Because each piece is made especially for you, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags attached. Return shipping is complimentary within the United States.
To begin a return, please email help@disportstudio.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
A different size can make all the difference. We're happy to offer size exchanges, subject to availability.
Because each Disport garment is knit to order in Brooklyn, your replacement will be made especially for you. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production before your exchange ships.
To arrange an exchange, email help@disportstudio.com with your order number and the size you'd prefer.
Made to Order
Every Disport garment is knit to order, allowing us to produce only what is needed. Although each piece is made especially for you, our standard return and exchange policy still applies.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact help@disportstudio.com so we can make it right.
